Shipping policy

Our Goal: We aim to process, pack, and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day of your payment clearing.
Exceptions: As an independently run business, handling times may be subject to occasional delays due to public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will always provide tracking details the moment your label is created.

Priority Shipping: Our primary and preferred shipping method is Australia Post Express. We know you want your hardware hashing as quickly as possible.
Standard Fallback: In the event that an item cannot be sent via Express (e.g., due to extreme weight, shipping restrictions, or routing limitations), your order will automatically be dispatched via Australia Post Standard.
Alternative Carriers: We reserve the right to utilize alternative premium couriers (such as StarTrack, Toll, or DHL) at our discretion, provided they meet our required delivery speeds and security standards.

Due to the high-value, industrial nature of cryptocurrency mining hardware, security is our top priority.

Strictly No "Authority to Leave" (ATL): All hardware orders, regardless of the carrier used, are sent with Signature on Delivery required.
Missed Deliveries: If no one is present at the delivery address to sign for the package, the courier will leave a collection card. Your hardware will be securely redirected to your local Post Office or the carrier's collection depot.
Liability: Home Bitcoin Miners will not be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels if a customer attempts to independently bypass the signature requirement through a carrier's tracking app (e.g., requesting the parcel be left in a safe spot).

Once your order is handed over to Australia Post or the selected courier, transit times are out of our direct control.
While Australia Post Express offers next-business-day delivery within their designated Express Post Network, delivery to regional areas or locations outside this network will take longer. We are not liable for transit delays caused by the carrier network, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions.

Given the varying value of mining hardware, components, and accessories, Home Bitcoin Miners evaluates transit insurance on a case-by-case basis.

Discretionary Insurance: We may, at our sole discretion, choose to insure high-value shipments against loss or damage in transit. When applied, this protection is provided at no extra cost to you.
Lost or Damaged Freight: If a delivery is severely delayed, marked as lost by the carrier, or arrives with obvious physical transit damage, you must notify us immediately at shipping@homebitcoinminers.com.au. We will handle the investigation with the carrier and outline the next steps for repair, replacement, or refund.
